"Muay Thai"

I have read the article about "Thai Boxing" or people know as "Muaythai". It is a popular sport in Thailand ,and it's also famous in abroad. It is occurs in the Sukhothai period. It is the Thai martial arts like fighting but it is not exactly. A boxer will have size and lean body, strong body and mind, fighting spirit because it almost use all parts of the body for movements ,forehead, fists, elbows, knees, and feet. The great principles of Thai-boxing are protected by strong security, arm protection. (The fight card) and keep chin. The "Wai-Khru" know as a boxing dance. It is an important part of Thai Boxing. The boxer needs to respect his trainer. It's also the way to create the strength of their mind.

In my point of view, I think it has many benefits such as for exercising or protacting. Now, It is not only man can play boxing. Many woman also like it and start how to do. Once a time, my mother wants me to learn Tech Kwon Do but I said I want to learn Muay-Thai more. At that time, the school of Thai-boxing is not popular like today.
