The red-shirt protesters supporter in first half of this year is the result of the protest of yellow-shirt supporters from two years ago. So I search news form Bangkok Post about yellow-shirt supporters, and found about the court hearing for the protesters who rallied in front of the parliament at that time.
Preecha Treecharoon, People's Alliance for Democracy (PAD) supporter who gathered in front of the parliament. He was among PAD supporters when the police fired tear gas at them. He injured five policemen while trying to get away in a pick-up truck. He was arrested and prosecuted for attempted murder and was sentenced to three years and a half in prison. But the jail sentence is suspended for two years as he has never committed a crime before.
I think the court is not neutral. He tries to kill five people. So why does he get only three years jail term? What about 17 UDD leaders? In my opinion, all of them are guilty but I feel like the court are biased and unfair.
