On the first half of this year (around March to June) there have many bad things occurred in Thailand. The famous news is the assembly of red-shirt in the business area of Bangkok. I read the new from Bangkok Post and It shows the consequence of their action. Actually, this news is sensitive topic. The truth of this story is still vague and not really clear. Moreover, the news comes from the different source.The prosecution files charges against 19 leaders and supporters of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD) for terrorism. Two defendants don't attend the hearing because they are protected by parliamentary privilege. The prosecution files the indictments accusing the 19 UDD leaders of committing terrorist acts, illegal assembly, staging armed unrest, defying a legal order to end illegal activities, and violating the emergency decree. The 17 defendants deny all charges against them and will fight the case in court.
